RECORDING
Whether you are recording a demo, a full length project, one song, or a hundred, and you need some fiddle laid down, I can help you out with that. Everything from Bluegrass, Country, and Gospel. Add a single fiddle track or harmony tracks to make that sound even bigger. I can travel to your studio or I can record the parts right at home in my studio and send them back to you. I use ProTools and record with a variety of high quality microphones. The tracks come back to you edited and clean so all you have to do is drop them in to your session. I can also add mandolin to your tracks as well.
I also offer services as a producer, and can also help you with mixing a project and mastering. I have over 20 years experience in a studio environment as a session player, close to 10 years as a part time engineer, and 25 years experience touring. RESTORATION &
Building
From minor repairs to major restorations on violins and bows. I started out doing minor repairs at the age of 15. As my skills progressed I started to expand my knowledge of repair work and doing full on restorations. There’s no job to small or big. All repairs welcome. Services offered include bridge replacements, sound posts, fingerboard work, pegs, peg bushings, nuts, saddles, full set-ups, crack repairs, patches, bass bar replacement, neck grafts just to name a few. If you have a fiddle that needs it, I also offer revoicing services as well to bring that fiddle to life.
More recently I have also gotten in to building violins. If you are looking for a new violin, or maybe an older one, I always have some in stock for sale as well as bows. Check out my store to see what’s available and please call in case you don’t see something you are interested in. I’m always coming across them and I may have something new in stock or a lead on one.

Custom made leather goods for the discerning customer. Each piece is made just for you from the best quality leather. Anything from instrument straps, to wallets, purses, belts, and bible covers.
The process begins with a conversation either by phone or text where we decide what you are looking for. I’ll present you with some ideas from designs and photos that I have based on that conversation We figure what options you would like to have included such as the design choice, coloring, stitching, sizes, etc… A pattern is drawn up, presented to you and then any changes are made. Once the pattern is approved a deposit is collected, and the piece is then tooled out and finished. Final payment is rendered upon completion of the project. Heirloom quality and made to last a lifetime.
